In this HR Business Partner role you will:
Reporting directly to Senior HRBP, will have the following responsibility:
* Daily management of the HR operations, being the interface towards the business;
* Manage employees on HR matters and Industrial Relations topic;
* Manage day‑to‑day HR activities and daily BU/Teams needs;
* Working closely with L&D on Leadership Empowerment;
* Facilitate the implementation of Special Projects for specific business environment by supporting the Line Managers and HR Team;
* Working closely to business supporting organizational changes, mitigate people related risks, cost optimization, acting;
* Organize and manage internal and external recruiting process, managing Induction process for new employees;
* Delivery of the HR plans, Policies and Procedures;
* Collaborate with VP Director to solve HR issues, identify countermeasures or propose solutions
What we need from you:
* At least 3 years experience as HR Plant or HR Business Partner roles in a multinational or complex environment from Manufacturing Industries;
* Bachelors degree in Legal or Economic
* Strong experience within Industrial Relations
* Leadership attitude and able to work independently and with full autonomy
* Strong interpersonal relationships with distinct levels in the organization
* Attitudes towards negotiation and leading projects and people
* Languages: English (fluent)
