Join our team in Rome as a Broker Support professional. You'll work in a very collaborative environment with a diverse group of colleagues, including Brokers, Actuaries, Cat analysts and other Broker Support colleagues. How You'll Make An Impact
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our broking teams by gathering, organising, and managing a variety of information. You’ll ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date, helping to create marketing sheets, reports, and other essential documents. Your work will support the placement of client reinsurance programmes and ensure compliance with regulations. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
* Collecting and analysing market and compliance information.
* Updating marketing sheets and tracking reinsurers’ decisions.
* Producing statistics and information packs for client reinsurance programmes.
* Managing and resolving queries from clients and reinsurers.
* Supporting the creation of slips, endorsements, and wordings.
* Project managing and preparation of presentations and other documents for clients and reinsurers.
* Ensuring files and contract records are accurate and compliant.
* Collaborating with colleagues to organise meetings and deliver excellent client service.
Your contributions will help our client-facing teams work more efficiently and deliver outstanding results for our clients.
About You
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, International Management, Business Administration, Law, or a similar field.
* Business fluency in Italian and English.
* A willingness to learn and a mathematical mindset.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Attention to detail and a solution-driven approach.
* Experience in insurance or reinsurance, even during an internship, is a plus but we are happy to consider candidates with longer professional experience.
