In this role, you'll design and deliver exceptional user experiences for eCommerce applications serving international mid-market and enterprise clients, focusing on user research, interaction design, and digital product design.You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle—from discovery and strategy to implementation and delivery—while contributing to design systems, conducting user research, and ensuring usability and design quality across all touchpoints.This position is ideal for experienced UX professionals who are passionate about eCommerce, enjoy consulting work, and want to deepen their expertise in user‐centered design methodologies.Job requirementsEssential:
3+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user experience design for eCommerce or digital productsProven ability to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, effective interface solutionsExpert-level skills in design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and interaction designExperience designing eCommerce interfaces with focus on usability and conversionExcellent communication skills for collaborating with strategists, developers, and clientsAbility to balance user needs with business impact and technical feasibility

Experience working in consulting or agency environmentsKnowledge of HTML/CSS and front‐end development constraintsExperience contributing to and maintaining design systemsFamiliarity with user testing methodologies and data‐driven design decisionsUnderstanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Job responsibilitiesFirst 3 months:
Learn our design process, UX methodologies, and client portfolioContribute to UX decisions and user flows on existing projectsFamiliarize yourself with our tech stack, development workflow, and design‐to‐development handoff process
3-6 months:
Take ownership of UX deliverables from research to final design handoff
Lead user experience design on client projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing
Collaborate cross‐functionally with strategy and development teams to ensure user‐centered solutions and technical feasibility
6-12 months:
Lead UX design for major eCommerce initiatives, covering the full spectrum from research to high‐fidelity designHelp define and evolve Nebulab's UX best practices and contribute to design system developmentShape the user experiences that define Nebulab's reputation as a world‐class eCommerce agency
