Job Description:
You will join our eCommerce team, managing digital transformation and platform optimization projects in an international context.
Your Missions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage global eCommerce projects
- Perform analysis to improve existing eCommerce processes and systems
- Manage resources and tasks to meet project objectives
- Monitor progress, communicate updates, and mitigate risks
- Oversee budget and resource forecasting for eCommerce initiatives
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
- Support the deployment and training of end users and support teams
- Identify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements
Your Profile:
- 5-7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager working in international eCommerce projects
- Experience with budget and resource forecasting
- Familiarity working with technical teams and knowledge of technical topics (DevOps, Cloud, Cybersecurity)
- Experience managing complex global projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum
- English fluent as you will be working in an international and multicultural environment and English is the day-to-day language
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, Prince2, SCRUM, Agile) is a plus
- Italian fluent
- Experience with virtual teams and hybrid environments is a plus
