About the role
You will join Essential Home: it's a newly formed business with a diverse and inclusive culture for all. Your responsibilities
* Support and collaborate with sales stakeholders to plan and forecast topline according to the granularity requests by the market structure
* Monitor performance and provide accurate and timely monthly variance analyses across all P&L lines between actuals, budget, latest forecast and prior year, with a focus on topline and market trade structure
* Implement all the necessary analysis to support Finance managers to drive the business
* Manage the monthly financial closing process and internal control execution
The experience we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience in this role
* MSc Degree in Economics/Finance
* Fluency in English
* Good knowledge of Excel
* Strong analytical skills

Project management, financial systems, accounting principles, business process improvement, financial reporting, stakeholder engagement and influence.
