We are seeking a Service Designer with a blend of technical and design skills, capable of working on complex systems, data-driven interfaces, and high-impact digital services. This candidate will move seamlessly between user experience, geospatial data, and application development. What will you be doing? Design and prototyping of digital services to support strategic planning; Co-design and collaborate with R&D teams to integrate geospatial and AI capabilities into user flows; Design and prototyping of interfaces and user flows for digital products that integrate spatial data and future scenarios; Integrating low-code and AI tools for rapid solution ideation. Profile-specific skills 3–5 years of experience in digital product and service design; Architecture, graphics, visual communication, computer science, STEM, humanities: we evaluate each profile with the required skills, regardless of academic background; Ability to design complex digital services based on user needs, technical constraints, and future scenarios; Familiarity with programming languages (Python, SQL, JavaScript) and ability to work with advanced digital tools for prototyping and design; Familiarity with low-code tools and generative AI to experiment with rapid solutions and functional prototypes; Experience in rapid prototyping and using co-design and user testing tools; UX-oriented skills: designing clear and effective interfaces and user journeys, even without a specific focus on visual design. Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and on data-driven systems. Nice to have Basic knowledge of full stack development : general understanding of how front-end, back-end, database and application systems work; Experience in data analysis and geospatial mapping (GIS) : ability to interpret and use spatial data to design services based on geographical context; Basic database knowledge : ability to read and query relational databases (Postgres, MySQL); J-18808-Ljbffr
