Your Role
We are looking for a talented Visual & Creativity Designer to create innovative, visually stunning, and effective advertising experiences that tell stories and drive business performance. You will collaborate across multiple teams to execute various types of media, balancing advertiser goals with customer needs. Your role involves creating user-centric concepts and data-driven creative strategies that align with Technogym's design patterns.
Your Impact
1. Develop and execute ideas, concepts, and designs for innovative ad experiences in the digital ecosystem and omnichannel.
2. Collaborate with multiple teams to drive executions across video, digital, voice integration, AR, VR, and more.
3. Create user-centric concepts by integrating marketing objectives, target audience insights, creative assets, and design patterns.
4. Develop data-driven creative strategies and on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals.
5. Independently lead campaign creativities and work with the production team to excel in execution.
6. Present ideas and concepts to subsidiaries, agencies, or internal teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
7. Oversee and evolve the company's Visual Identity through the implementation and development of the Brand Guidelines.
8. Graphic design of print and digital communication materials based on a shared brief. Examples include display ads, banners, invitations, flyers, leaflets, catalogs, packaging, visuals, etc.
9. Translate communication concepts—simple or complex—into visual graphics and bring them to life in a coherent, consistent, clear, and visually appealing way, aligned with the Brand's positioning.
10. Collaborate with creative partners in the execution of communication projects, particularly in Graphic Design.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
11. Proven experience in visual design and creative strategy, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
12. Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating innovative ad experiences and user-centric designs.
13. Strong knowledge of digital and omnichannel advertising.
14. Proficiency in design software and tools.
15. Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
16. Ability to produce multiple concepts and make quick decisions to stay on track.
