What we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Specialist focus on Content Strategy & Digital Creative to join the Amplifon Global Marketing team and help shape the evolution of our global digital content ecosystem.
In this role, you will drive the global content strategy, working closely with internal teams, countries and creative agencies to develop impactful digital campaigns and always‑on content initiatives.
You will act as a strategic partner for our markets, supporting local teams in defining the most effective content approaches for their audiences while ensuring consistency with Amplifon’s global brand vision.
This role combines strategic thinking, creative sensibility and strong project management, with the opportunity to influence how Amplifon tells its story across markets and digital touchpoints.
What you’ll do
Own Amplifon’s Global Content Strategy
* Define and evolve the global content framework across digital channels, campaigns and editorial initiatives
* Ensure consistency between global storytelling and local market activation
Act as a strategic partner for countries
* Support local teams in defining content strategies tailored to their markets
* Work alongside the media team to align content strategy with channel planning and campaign objectives
* Provide guidance on formats, storytelling and creative direction
Lead creative development
* Brief and guide creative agencies on global digital campaigns and content initiatives
* Write clear strategic briefs and provide feedback throughout the creative process
* Ensure the effective rollout and adaptation of assets across markets
Drive cross-team collaboration
* Work closely with Brand, Media, Website and other marketing teams to ensure integrated communication strategies
* Bring a strong content‑first mindset to global marketing initiatives
Monitor performance
* Track and analyze content and campaign performance
* Translate insights into recommendations to continuously improve content strategies
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years of experience in content, digital marketing or creative strategy
* Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content marketing and social media
* Experience working with/for creative agencies and managing briefing processes
* Strategic mindset with the ability to advise and influence multiple stakeholders
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Data‑driven approach and familiarity with content performance metrics
* Fluent English mandatory
