Beauty Advisor - Tatcha & K18 - Milan role at Unilever Prestige - UK HUBWhat We NeedWe are looking for a talented Beauty Advisor to join our dynamic, fast-paced field sales team. In this role, you will support sales and training for Tatcha and K-18. Travel required to the key Sephora stores in Berlin, with specific focus on the flagship stores which will play a key role in driving sales performance and events.Each Day At Tatcha And K-18 Are Different, With New Problems To Solve And Tasks To Tackle, But Here Is An Idea Of Some Of The Things You Will Work On Hitting sales targets and KPI objectivesGenerating sell-through via selling and trainingReinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactionsMaximizing business opportunities by identifying locations best suited for eventsConducting training for all stores in the regionPerforming one‐on‐one training for individuals on an ad‐hoc basisStaffing events, selling, developing customers, and supporting logistics when necessary
Who You Are

Qualifications
5+ years in cosmetics and beautyTraining and education experience in the beauty industryRetail store experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with SephoraTraining and education experience in skincare
