The Sales Rep role is responsible for guaranteeing the promotion of the Client portfolio, managing bids, and developing the business in the assigned area. This permanent position aims to achieve sales targets and implement sales strategies to attain sales volumes, customer growth, patient growth, and customer satisfaction for the assigned therapies and/or medical products within the geographical area of Piemonte. What you'll be doing Engage with potential clients and build positive relationships to promote and sell Vantive's innovative products and therapies. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify competitive trends and opportunities. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals. What you'll bring Experience in sales, preferably in the renal sector. Scientific or medical university degree, compliant with Italian legal requirements for "Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco". Interest in technical and digital solutions. Understanding of strategic account development and sales processes. Knowledge of the tender process and pre-tender activities. Strong business acumen and proactive approach. Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of the healthcare system and stakeholders involved in selling and tenders. Adaptability, effective communication, teamwork, and team-building skills. Ability to build and develop long-term relationships through selling, educating, and informing. Experience with remote and digital sales is an advantage. Proficiency in English.
