Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations.Actively supporting innovation.We Are Looking for Experience in the Following SkillsProven experience implementing Workday HCM and/or other major modules, or relevant cloud/on-prem HR platforms.Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to manage teams, projects, and stakeholder interactions effectively.Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, delivering high-quality outcomes under competing priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear solutions.Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with professional fluency in English and Italian.Set Yourself ApartMultiple Workday certifications, ideally spanning HCM and advanced modules (e.g., Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Learning, etc.).End-to-end implementation and AMS experience, with the ability to lead specific module workstreams.Familiarity with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework.2–5 years of professional Workday consulting experience. xrdztoy Additional European language fluency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
