OverviewExperteer Overview In this role you will join the Architecture & Design team in Milan to shape a diverse range of public, transportation, urban and complex technical projects. You will create high-quality drawings, BIM models and documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary experts to ensure design excellence and regulatory compliance. You’ll contribute across design phases and support delivery from concept through construction, within a global network that values innovation and sustainability.

Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed drawing packages
- Produce and coordinate architectural models, drawings, schedules, and documentation using Revit and other tools
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for integrated design solutions
- Apply sustainable design strategies for energy-efficient outcomes
- Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and coordination meetings
- Support project delivery through tender and construction stages
- Conduct site visits and incorporate findings into design improvements
- Ensure compliance with internal quality processes, BIM workflows, and digital standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture (LM-4) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and technical documentation
- Strong design sensibility and ability to translate concepts into coherent architectural solutions
- Revit proficiency (mandatory); Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite advantageous
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Italian building regulations, permitting workflows, and construction practices
- Understanding of BIM methodologies and ISO 19650 / UNI 11337
- Strong communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to xlwpduy manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Registered Architect (or eligibility) (preferred)
- Experience with transportation, industrial, healthcare or regulated sectors (preferred)
- Familiarity with BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, ACC) or computational design workflows (preferred)
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (LEED, CAM, NZEB) (preferred)
- Experience preparing specifications, bills of quantities, and code reviews (preferred)
