Experteer Overview
As Lab Supervisor, you will oversee daily lab operations and steer product development testing to meet project goals. You’ll lead the lab team, coordinate technicians, and ensure safe, efficient testing workflows. You will collaborate with other areas to align testing needs with feasibility and drive continuous improvement of facilities and instruments. This role offers impact through shaping testing processes and enabling faster, reliable product validation.

Responsabilità
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- at least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities while leading a team
- strong problem‑solving skills
- strategic vision for future state and steps to achieve it
- knowledge of instrumentation and measurement techniques
- proficiency in Italian and English and MS Office
