In this field based role with national cover, you will work closely with our sales teams and customers to drive asset optimisation, elevate service and enable our commercial success.In this role you will be the central link between our sales force, supply chain teams and operations, ensuring that our loan and consignment assets are positioned, utilised and managed in a way that supports both service excellence and commercial growth. You will spend time in the field understanding customer needs and how assets are deployed, and you will turn these insights into simple and impactful actions that optimise inventory and improve return on investment. Working as a trusted partner to colleagues across sales, marketing, finance and S&OP, you will bring clarity, structure and commercial focus to how Italy manages its orthopaedic fleet.Your scope will include driving service improvements in inventory management, supporting account strategies with the right asset allocation, increasing fleet productivity, guiding teams on Fleet ROI, optimising sets and Field Inventory Entitlement, reducing obsolete and excess stock and embedding standardised processes for forecasting, reporting, KPI tracking and system requirements such as Movemedical. Half of your time will be spent in the field and half on analysis and internal collaboration as you support Italy’s national sales strategy.Success in this role looks like being able to simplify complexity, influence cross functional teams and bring a structured, data driven approach to asset optimisation. You enjoy balancing commercial thinking with operational problem solving and you build strong relationships with sales and internal stakeholders.
