Requirements PhD in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology or equivalent Experience in DNA cloning techniques, recombinant protein production and purification of membrane proteins Your Role: Key Research Activities Expression and purification of proteins; Production of site-specific mutants and isotopically labelled proteins; Spectroscopic and biophysical characterization of proteins; Use of NMR methods and computational techniques to investigate the binding region of glycans in the interaction with different proteins.
