Job Description:
Grafton Horeca, a team dedicated to enhancing experiences, skills, and potential in hospitality, is seeking a Front Office Manager for a luxury resort in Vieste. The role involves supervising the front office department, managing and organizing work shifts for a team of about 20 staff, training new hires, assigning daily tasks, managing top clients and complaints, and monitoring service standards in line with company guidelines.
Responsibilities include:
* Supervision and coordination of the front office department
* Managing work shifts for a team of approximately 20 staff
* Training new hires
* Assigning daily tasks related to reception
* Managing top clients and handling complaints
* Monitoring and verifying service quality standards
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in medium-large hotel chains or structures
* Ability to manage critical situations and high workload flows
* Organizational and leadership skills
* Proficiency in English at C1 level
Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 6 days out of 7, on shifts between 7:00 and 23:00
Contract offer:
* Fixed-term contract of 8 months with potential for permanent employment
