Are you passionate about data-driven decision making and eager to drive process improvements? We're looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will create detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions, working closely with Programme Management, Packaging Solutions and Process owners. You will also be responsible to develop and deploy new KPIs and improve existing processes and tools.

We're looking for someone who has:

* A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field in Portfolio/Product Management

* Exceptional analytical thinking and problem solving

* Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

* Capability of managing and influencing complex stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

* Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
">
* Understanding of networks and databases

* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

* Fluent English skills required (writing and speaking)
