In increasing numbers, the manufacturing industry demands professionals with technical skills, especially CNC Machine Operators, a constantly evolving role that requires skills in technical drawing, programming, and IT.
To support this, we have created a program for SPECIALIZED CNC MACHINING TECHNICIANS 4.0 where you can apply your technical skills and develop new ones during your 8-hour workday. The first 4 months involve over 600 hours of theoretical and practical training.
Designed for:
* Recent graduates or those about to graduate from technical schools
* Individuals interested in entering the workforce with immediate, secure income through a full-time training program for the first 4 months
* Those aiming to become CNC experts
What We Offer:

Program Outline:
The training covers topics such as:
* Component analysis and assembly
* Metrology and process/product controls
* Technical drawing reading and 3D visualization programs
* Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce drawn parts
* ISO and Mazatrol programming
* After about 4 months, working on real orders in the turning department
Timeline:
June-July 2025: Applications
July-September 2025: Hiring
September-December 2025: 4 months of paid full-time training
January 2026: Placement in the turning department
