Purpose of the Job
The Project Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule to manage efficiently the commitments of the project (tender, contract, or program) in terms of time and cost. The role also involves participating in the RC workload construction.
The Project Planner manages the customer schedule to ensure coherence with the internal schedule (including ADM developments and contributions from other PUs) and the ATI / JV operational constraints. This requires interfacing with other companies/PUs and the customer to build scenarios and effectively manage communication strategies as defined by PMs and the Customer Director.
Internally, the Project Planner manages the schedule in PMS, utilizing Resource Management and related KPIs. This activity is crucial for project/program management, RC workload construction, resource management at team/department levels, and WPRs, especially after the IFRS15 introduction.
