Role
Lead and oversee Housekeeping operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to standards. Manage expenses and budgets, recruit and train staff, and ensure direct and indirect reports achieve departmental objectives. Oversee daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, contributing to the overall performance of the team.
