The plant specializes in the production of high-end monitors & display systems for various professional applicationsThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing indirect procurement activities across a wide range of categories related to both soft & hard facility management. This includes sourcing & contracting services & goods that support the operational efficiency of the plantKey ResponsibilitiesLead procurement processes for indirect categories such as facility services, maintenance, utilities, IT equipment, office supplies & other operational support functionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to assess needs & develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectivesConduct supplier market analysis & manage vendor selection processesNegotiate contracts & service agreements, ensuring cost-effectiveness & compliance with internal policiesMonitor supplier performance & foster long-term partnerships to ensure service quality & continuous improvementSupport cost optimization initiatives & contribute to procurement process enhancementsEnsure adherence to procurement procedures & relevant regulatory requirementsQualificationsSolid experience in indirect procurement, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environmentExposure to direct procurement processes will be considered a plusStrong negotiation & analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyContract: Freelance (P.IVA) or Fixed-Term (Tempo DET.)
