CONSUMER ACTIVATION ASSOCIATE
The role
This role is responsible for managing Ploom activities across the Horeca channel and events. The position works very closely with the Horeca and Leisure team and is accountable for coordinating the activation calendar and the implementation of consumer activation and marketing programs, including KPI monitoring and performance tracking.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Horeca channel and events, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business objectives
* Collaborate with the H&L team to identify, select, and define strategic locations for activations and events
* Work cross-functionally with involved teams to define and track key KPIs, including brand awareness, qualitative acquisition, and customer retention
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of all activities, ensuring timely execution and continuous optimization
* Ensure efficiency of marketing investments by tracking budgets, measuring performance, and maximizing ROI
* Manage budget control, ensuring expenditures align with approved plans, and support accurate and timely PR/PO processing
Requirements
* University diploma or equivalent
* 2 years’ relevant experience in marketing (preferably in FMCG category)
* Fluent in English and Italian
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel), database knowledge is a plus
* Proven team player, effectively communicating with various organizational functions and external agencies
