Responsabilità essenziali
Gestione del ciclo completo di elaborazione paghe, inclusa la raccolta, verifica e inserimento dei dati nel sistema payroll
Elaborazione e controllo dei cedolini paga
Calcolo contributi previdenziali e assistenziali
Predisposizione ed invio flussi UNIEMENS
Gestione amministrativa degli eventi di assenza (malattia, maternità, infortuni, ferie, permessi)
Aggiornamento delle anagrafiche dipendenti e gestione delle variazioni contrattuali, fiscali e contributive
Predisposizione adempimenti annuali (CU, Modello 770)
Gestione autoliquidazione INAIL
Supporto ai dipendenti per chiarimenti su aspetti retributivi e documentazione correlata
Monitoraggio e applicazione aggiornamenti normativi in ambito lavoro, fiscale e previdenziale
Requisiti di posizione
Esperienza consolidata (min. 4–5 anni) in ruolo analogo
Conoscenza approfondita di:
normativa del lavoro e legislazione previdenziale
processi payroll e adempimenti mensili/annuali
Autonomia nella gestione operativa delle attività di payroll
Buona conoscenza di strumenti informatici e sistemi HR (preferibile SAP HR )
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
Conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello base-intermedio)
