PJob description /ppbr/ppOBR, a renowned international architecture firm based in Milan, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager Personal Assistant for a full-time position. /ppbr/ppJoining OBR means entering a truly multidisciplinary environment, where architects, designers, researchers, and professionals from all over the world collaborate to build visions, projects, and innovation. /ppbr/ppThis role combines office management responsibilities with direct executive support to the Partners, offering the opportunity to contribute to both the operational excellence of the studio and the effectiveness of its leadership. /p pbr/ppRole Overview /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate is autonomous, reliable, and solution-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills. /ppbr/ppAs Office Manager Personal Assistant, you will oversee the daily functioning of the studio while providing structured and confidential support to the Partners. You will act as a key point of coordination across teams and ensure that both office operations and executive workflows run smoothly. /ppbr/ppThis role offers meaningful responsibility, direct interaction with leadership, and room for professional growth within an international and culturally vibrant workplace. /ppbr/ppIn this position, you will have the opportunity to: /pulliWork closely with the Partners and multidisciplinary teams /liliEnsure smooth daily office operations /liliProvide high-level organizational and executive support /liliContribute to maintaining an efficient, professional, and welcoming studio environment /li /ulpbr/ppIdeal Qualifications /pulliPrevious experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role /liliExperience in architecture, engineering, or creative industries is preferred /liliStrong organizational and multitasking skills /liliProactive mindset and strong sense of ownership /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities /liliHigh level of discretion and reliability /liliAttention to detail and precision /liliAbility to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines /liliFluency in Italian and English (written spoken) /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) /liliKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (considered a plus) /li /ulpbr/ppCore Responsibilities /pulliOverseeing day-to-day office management and studio organization /liliManaging Partners’ calendars, meetings, and priorities /liliOrganizing business trips, travel arrangements, and logistics /liliCoordinating suppliers, service providers, and office-related contracts /liliLiaising with Accountant, Payroll, Financial Consultant, and Insurance provider /liliHandling reception duties and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests /liliSupporting administrative and basic accounting activities /liliCollaborating with Partners and COO to ensure operational efficiency /li /ulpbr/ppAdditional Responsibilities /ppDepending on experience and studio needs, the role may also include: /pulliSupporting HR processes (screening CVs, organizing interviews) /liliAssisting in national and international tenders and competitions /liliSupporting communication and editorial activities /li /ulpbr/ppOBR is an inclusive workplace: responsibilities, compensation, and career opportunities will be aligned with experience, capabilities, and engagement. /ppbr/ppIf you are interested in this opportunity, please send your application with your CV in PDF format (max 10 MB) to to the attention of Giulia Ragazzi. /p
