Proactively identify potential customers in your area through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and referrals. /li liRelationship Building: Meet with current and potential customers in person to understand their challenges, build empathy, and establish trust by providing a positive experience. /li liClosing: Utilize effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and consistently achieve your targets. /li liProduct Knowledge: Become an expert on all things Teya and our suite of products (don’t worry, you’ll receive plenty of training!). /li liMarket Feedback: Collaborate with the rest of the company by providing valuable "boots-on-the-ground" insights to help improve our products. /li liCustomer Loyalty: Maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for up‑selling and cross‑selling Teya solutions to maximize value and retention. /li liBrand Representation: Act as the face of Teya in your territory, embodying our values and our vision. /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liField sales activities to develop new business within your assigned territory; /li liParticipation in morning team meetings to define plans, set goals, and share experiences; /li liManagement of an active client portfolio and post-sales activities; /li liProviding excellent and personalized customer service; /li liYour mission is not just to close contracts, but to create lasting partnerships and contribute to the satisfaction and success of our customers by truly understanding their needs. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years experience in a commercial role with short sales cycles.
