The “ H-FARM Summer Academy ” summer project offers children and youth aged 5 to 19 an immersive experience in digital and sports topics in English at Europe's most innovative campus. For the 2025 edition, we are seeking a Nighttime Customer Care professional. The ideal candidate will communicate with families, serve as their main contact, respond to inquiries, provide updates on participant well-being, and ensure a positive and smooth experience. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION From June 22 to August 8, Sunday afternoons to Friday mornings. Daily hours from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 to 10:30 p.m. at H-FARM Campus, Ca' Tron, Roncade, TV. Some shifts may extend over the weekend. Responsibilities Manage back-office activities: prepare communications and handle family requests. Maintain relationships with families during the program. Listen to families' requests, identify needs, and provide appropriate support to resolve issues. Coordinate with support staff such as nurses, counselors, and kitchen personnel. Minimum Requirements Hard Skills Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level). Experience in education, such as summer camps, au pairs, tutoring, or after-school programs. Soft Skills Interpersonal management and mediation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management and organizational abilities; able to work independently. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills in calm, constructive manners. Preferred Qualifications Educational background in humanities, linguistics, education sciences, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, or social sciences. First aid certification.
