How you will contribute: Conduct periodic analysis of sales trends and collection performance in the Centralized Channels division (DOS, International Key Accounts, Global Travel Retail, e-Commerce, Middle East & Africa, Emerging Markets) for the entire portfolio of Kering Eyewear brands. Facilitate market research and competitor analysis to identify specific market opportunities and/or trends in terms of Product, Price positioning, Trade Marketing tools, Digital and PR & Communication needs for business development. Consolidate qualitative feedback from different markets/channels to support activities related to new product development, working closely with Global Brand Management end-to-end from briefings to final collection edit. Manage special channel projects coordinating cross-functional efforts (Brand Management, Marketing, Communication, Sales, Operations) in the development of 360 marketing campaigns and tracking of information in full compliance with deadlines. Support in drafting internal reports and conducting divisional catch-up meetings to review markets/channels performances, monitor implementation and share best practices for continuous improvement. Assistance in the review/follow-up process of the investment plans (Marketing OPEX and CAPEX). Who you are: Degree in economics and/or marketing Experience preferably in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion or accessories Fluent knowledge of English and Italian Excellent knowledge of the "Office" package, specifically Excel and Power Point Ability to read and monitor key performance indicators Passion for the product, organisational skills and spirit of initiative Inclination to work in a team Why work with us?
