JoomPro is a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. Now we are looking for a Head Of Sourcing to lead the team of sourcing managers in China and independently manage the sourcing system. Responsibilities - Manage a team of sourcing managers, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the team's performance aligns with sourcing objectives - Oversee sourcing metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Lead and oversee sourcing projects to optimise operations and drive efficiency - Collaborate with product teams and other departments to align sourcing activities with overall business goals and ensure effective communication and coordination between teams to achieve project milestones - Develop and maintain an expertise system for sourcing in China.
