Job Overview
TXT Novigo, a leader in IT services for the financial market and part of the TXT Group, is seeking a Project Manager. The role involves interacting with Business and IT functions both internally and with clients, coordinating development, implementation, and evolution of our software products and custom applications.
Responsibilities
Serve as the internal and client reference point for end-to-end project management.
Analyze, document, and validate client requirements, translating them into functional specifications for product development.
Define and monitor project timelines and methods in collaboration with the Technical Leader.
Manage use case definitions, testing scenarios, and support User Acceptance/Business Tests.
Contribute to proposals, feasibility studies, and new business opportunities.
Required Skills
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within fintech companies.
Good knowledge of banking and financial sector processes.
Proven experience in team management and activity planning and monitoring.
Goal-oriented with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Good command of English language.
Optional Skills
Specific knowledge of credit management processes and products.
Familiarity with process modeling tools and organization.
Knowledge of AS400.
Ability to query databases and manage SQL queries.
