Key Responsibilities:

* Operate POS and back-office systems for retail and wine sales
* Maintain clean, organized, and well-prepared retail and back-office areas
* Collaborate with team members and management on daily operations
* Support wine tours, tastings, and events, including setup and inventory management
* Demonstrate wine knowledge and share the story of our wines with guests
