Your role
We are looking for a Production Engineer Intern who will support the teams in various activities.
Main responsibilities
* Support in monitoring and analyzing efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.
* Assist in production scheduling, detection of deviations, and proposal of corrective actions to ensure process reliability.
* Contribute to the monitoring of quality KPIs and collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with standards.
* Learn and apply the principles of delegation and teamwork within the production environment.
* Support the supervision of product quality checks within the assigned production area.
* Gain understanding of work cycles, production methods.
* Support activities related to workplace safety and participate in risk assessment initiatives.
Main requirements
* Master’s degree in Management or Mechanical Engineering
* Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
* Good relationship skills
* Experience with basic Windows tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of data visualization techniques and statistical concepts is a plus
