Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Intern to support the growth of Oneself by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients.
This is a commission-based role at the beginning, ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and online business development, with the opportunity to grow into a more stable and structured role as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and research potential clients (primarily online, within the trading industry)
* Support lead generation activities via social media channels, email, and other online channels
* Engage prospects and qualify leads
* Collaborate on sales messaging and positioning
* Assist in building or improving a simple sales funnel (manual at first, ideally automated over time)
* Track outreach, leads, and conversions
* Contribute ideas to improve client acquisition strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
* University student or postgraduate (business, marketing, economics, finance, or similar)
* Strong interest in sales, entrepreneurship, and online business
* Comfortable with outreach, conversations, and persuasion
* Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
* Willing to work in an early-stage environment with uncertainty
* Interest in trading, finance, performance psychology or spirituality is a plus (not mandatory)
