Purpose of the position/responsibility: Main responsibilities include supporting the implementation of the PPI (Practical Process Improvement) Business System to drive continuous improvement through lean and digital transformation. The Operational Excellence Specialist will play a key role in ensuring productivity targets are met and PPI activities are successfully driven through collaboration and support to the SLT and other site departments. Primary activities include: Supporting E2E Operational Excellence and encouraging colleagues to optimize processes, establishing a Lean Culture. Supporting site Digital transformation strategy, influencing Industry 4.0 adoption. Facilitating Continuous Improvement events like Kaizen, VSM, Workshops to reach efficiency and productivity goals. Acting as an internal consultant to share and implement Best Practices. Assisting in education and training on operational excellence principles. Monitoring performance and participating in reviews. Requirements: Master’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Economics, or Business. At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven continuous improvement skills. 3 years of project management experience, capable of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices. Proficiency in statistical tools. Experience with Digital Transformation and Digital Solutions is preferred. Fluent in English, both written and oral. Personality traits: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Ability to influence across various organizational levels. Ability to establish positive relationships in a global organization.
