Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented candidate to support our Group finance department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional expertise in IFRS and Italian GAAP, financial statements closing, data critical analysis, and budget control, with a strong ability to interpret financial figures and provide insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute monthly and annual financial closings with accuracy and timeliness;
- Oversee budget and forecast preparation;
- Analyse financial data and prepare detailed reports for senior management;
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes;
Requirements
- Strong critical analysis skills and attention to detail;
- Proven experience in financial reporting and management control;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modelling);
- Problem solving;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- High level of English.
