As a human resources admin, it will generally be your duty to support the department's human resources specialists.Responsibilities:Organise and maintain personnel records.Update internal and external databases (e.g. record annual, sick or maternity leave, engagement forms on Jobsplus, etc.).Assist in the onboarding process.Prepare HR documents and gather new-starter documents.Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors.Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.Assist in arranging employee relocations.Assist in payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).Create references/bank letters/confirmation of probation.Assist in work permit applications.Support Leave Management.Manage employee discounts and discount app.Participate in HR projects.Requirements:1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferred but not essential.Basic understanding of Maltese labor laws and regulations.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Effective English communication skills.A personal and empathic approach.
