Job Description
Design and evolve the Global Regulatory Data & Compliance Platform that enables Stellantis to comply with all worldwide vehicle and battery regulations. Architect the end‑to‑end data flows to collect, validate, store, verify, and share vehicle data toward technical services, regulatory authorities, and external partners. Collaborate with product and business teams to ensure the platform meets requirements and adapts to evolving customer needs.
Responsibilities
Interpret worldwide regulations (vehicle & battery) and translate them into data, API, and platform architecture requirements.
Design system flows for on‑board → off‑board → data platform → external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance for Euro 6 / 7, EPA, CARB, China 7, Battery Passport, RED III.
Architect ingestion pipelines for telemetry, diagnostics, manufacturing, and battery test data.
Define data models ensuring auditability and regulatory‑grade quality.
Collaborate with Connected Vehicle, Battery Engineering, Quality, ICT, Privacy, and Security teams.
Define interfaces for regulated data sharing with authorities and certification partners.
Ensure end‑to‑end cryptographic integrity and audit trails.
Provide architectural leadership across regulatory epics and user stories.
Support Change Management and supplier reviews.
Monitor performance and identify enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Expertise in designing IoT / Connected Services architectures.
Experience with cloud components for automotive connected services (AWS, communication protocols).
Vehicle‑to‑cloud communication knowledge.
Experience with Human‑Machine Interface for critical connected features.
Remote Operations, EV Integration, smartphone controls experience.
Professional working proficiency in English.
