Die Verantwortung liegt insbesondere im Bereich der Power Train Unit (PTU) und im Roll‑out des Global Quality Management Systems für die Power Protection Business‑Einheiten.
Your Role and Responsibilities
In dieser Rolle führen Sie die Lieferantenqualifizierung und Entwicklungsprozesse für PTU und rollen das Global Quality Management System für Power Protection ein. Der Arbeitsmodus ist Hybrid.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
* Define the PTU business model together with Sales, Service and Project Execution
* Lead Supplier qualification process for PTU suppliers, driving approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions/experts.
* Promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non‑compliant products, or project services.
* Engage suppliers and prepare claims cases together with buyers when necessary.
* Lead and participate actively in the resolution of customer cases, following robust root cause analysis and corrective actions (supplier + customers).
* Lead the Global Quality Management System for the entire Power Protection business (Front end, Back end, Agile Team, Functions).
Qualifications For The Role
* Bachelor degree in mechanical or Electrical engineering. Masters degree is a plus.
* Minimum 5 years experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality.
* ISO9001 Certified Auditor.
* Knowledge in quality management, analysis, and improvement tools.
* Experience in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
* Ability to travel domestic and international up to 20%.
