It manufactures and distributes fabric and household cleaning products under the Ace and Neoblanc brands in 38 countries, primarily across Western, Central, and Eastern Europe. We are seeking a talented and motivated engineer to join our dynamic team at Fater. If you’re passionate about innovation, industrial process scale-up, and the development of cutting-edge packaging solutions, this is your opportunity to make an impact. You’ll contribute directly to the design, development, and industrialization of next-generation packaging for our Fabric & Home Care and Personal Care products.
Your role will involve:
* Leading and supporting the scale-up of industrial processes and the end-to-end development of innovative packaging, from concept to production.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, production, and engineering.
* Applying Modeling & Simulation techniques and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize design and manufacturing workflows.
* Participating in creative ideation sessions to generate and shape breakthrough solutions.
Requisiti
What we’re looking for:
* A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Modeling & Simulation tools and AI applications in engineering.
* A strong drive for R&D, a passion for innovation, and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
