Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead modular construction projects across Ontario, ensuring safety, cost control, and on-time delivery. Sta pensando di candidarsi per questo lavoro? This is an opportunity to drive impactful projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Retribuzione / BenefitsCoordinate safety efforts for major projects and ensure compliance with BOXX safety standardsReport incidents promptly to leadership and ensure policy adherenceLead risk and incident reviews as applicableNegotiate and procure materials, services, and subcontracts for projectsFacilitate timely and profitable completion by coordinating with customers and vendorsReview project documents, perform site visits, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare cost estimatesCoordinate vendor sourcing (factory, setup contractors, transportation)Manage budget and financial reporting, and ensure adherence to contract termsMaintain comprehensive project documentation and submit as needed to mitigate riskDevelop and maintain project schedules and ensure proper sequencing of activitiesAttend regular meetings with stakeholders and clientsPrepare change order requests and perform estimating for changesSupport proposals and presentations with the sales teamTravel as required to support projects across Ontario and beyondPerform other duties as assignedResponsabilità5+ years of experience in Construction, Manufacturing xrdztoy or Modular Industry3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar roleFluent in English (spoken and written)Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal/external stakeholdersProficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project; Procore experience preferredAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsAble to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testsValid Class 5 driver's licenseBS degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
