The shift pattern for this post is 3 days per week.
This is a Fixed term post for 9 months.

This is a key role within a Community Adult Mental Health Team. As a Nurse Team Leader you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of an accessible, high quality and effective service to community mental health patients by working in partnership with patients, MDT, care providers and other agencies. You will ensure a person‑centred approach to care delivery which is safe and effective to maintain the mental health strategy. You will be required to develop the service in line with evolving change in mental health services and demonstrate proficiency and experience.
