Job Description
Synergie Italia Spa, a branch in Roseto degli Abruzzi (TE), is seeking an Industrial Machinery Operator for clothing packaging to join an external internship program. The selected candidate will be trained alongside a tutor and will be responsible for:
* Preparing the sewing machine for article packaging, monitoring and replacing consumables;
* Machine weaving of fibers and threads, respecting processing phases and material/machine specifications;
* Assembling knitwear through proper techniques and procedures;
* Finishing garments, sewing, embroidery, and detailing.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
* A diploma from a technical or professional institute (e.g., Fashion, Textile, Clothing, Industrial and Artisan Production);
* Precision skills;
* Attention to detail;
* Teamwork orientation.
Additional Information
Initial internship of 6 months with potential extension or employment afterward.
Stipend: minimum €600/month.
Full-time daily schedule, Monday to Friday.
Work location: near Roseto degli Abruzzi (TE).
