Introduction

Then this internship is really something for you! At Shimano, we are looking for a customer service intern who wants to support us for a few months with our work. A very dynamic role where no day is the same.
The Challenge
1. Processing orders.
2. Adjusting and/or updating the work instructions.
3. Managing the mailbox and possibly answering customer inquiries via email and calls.
4. Active calling the customers for the business sales proposals.
5. Assigning cases in Salesforce.
6. Processing credits/debits.
7. Monitoring the status of orders and notifying the appropriate persons in case of deviations or bottlenecks.
8. Maintaining the correct administration of order information in the relevant systems.
What are we looking for?
9. You are enrolled or finishing a degree in Marketing or Economy.
10. You are precise and can work independently.
11. Good command of the Italian language, both spoken and written.
12. Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, Word, etc.)
13. Affinity with bicycles.
14. Availability for an internship of 6 months.
