* Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the clubhouse, ensuring it remains in excellent condition and aesthetically pleasing.
* Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of all mechanical and electrical systems within the clubhouse and surrounding areas.
* Implement and supervise security measures to safeguard the facility, members, guests, and assets.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness throughout the clubhouse and its facilities, including public areas and restrooms.
* Develop and manage the facilities department budget, allocating resources efficiently to meet maintenance and operational needs.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and health standards for clubhouse and facility operations.
* Plan and oversee project and renovation, refurbishment, and improvement projects to enhance the overall guest experience and facility efficiency.
* Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices to promote eco-friendly operations.
* Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential facility-related crises effectively.
* Provide regular reports to senior management on facility performance, maintenance activities, and key performance indicators.
Job Requirement
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering
* At least 5+ years' Project Management experience in construction. And 2+ years' experience in maintaining complex facilities.
* Preferably having experience in hotel or building management
* Knowledge of local authority regulations, health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Proven ability to develop and implement facility management strategies.
* Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Business Management.
* Experience with facilities management software.
* Expertise in setting and delivering long-term strategic plans.
* Fluent English and Bahasa (written and verbal).
