As a Head of Office & Retail Department, you will be a point of reference for the market and will lead a highly qualified team towards new goals.

The main challenges you will face:

• Define and implement the strategy for the Office & Retail department, identifying new opportunities and consolidating WCG's position in the market.
• Manage and develop the business in Office Letting, Office Capital Market and Retail Capital Market, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Coordinate and motivate the team, promoting a results-oriented approach and quality of service.
• Manage strategic relationships with institutional and private investors, family offices, developers, tenant and industry operators, with a focus on institutional and corporate clients.
• Supervise the operations of lease and capital market transactions, ensuring the achievement of company objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and promotional strategies.
• Constantly monitor the real estate market, analyzing trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.

A leader with strategic vision and extensive real estate experience, capable of managing complex transactions and developing high-level relationships.

The essential requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in the field Office & Retail, with a successful track record in lease and capital markets.
• Excellent knowledge of the dynamics of the Italian real estate market, particularly in the office and retail sectors.
• Leadership and team management skills, with experience in coordinating resources and developing commercial strategies.
• Background in economics, finance or real estate; possible MBA or certifications they will be considered a plus in the sector.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship skills with institutional and corporate clients.
• Strong results orientation and ability to work in a dynamic and competitive environment.
• Excellent knowledge of the language English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, to interface with high-level clients and strategic stakeholders.
• Proactivity and customer orientation, with a strong ability to understand and satisfy the needs of the parties involved.
• Self-management of work, with organizational skills to manage a diversified portfolio of businesses.
• Flexibility and adaptability, essential in a dynamic and competitive sector such as logistics.
• Problem-solving attitude, with a pragmatic approach in resolving critical issues.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail, to ensure precision and reliability in operations.
