Join us at Venchi and be part of a story that celebrates moments of cheerfulness with indulgent products crafted for your well-being. /ppbYour Mission : /b /ppWe are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate our maintenance team in the food industry. /ppThe successful candidate will oversee a team of seven internal technicians divided between electrical and mechanical maintenance, the activities on site of the external companies plus an additional team member responsible for spare parts inventory management. /ppThe Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement of our production equipment by implementing and overseeing preventive, predictive, corrective, and routine maintenance strategies. /ppbKey Responsibilities : /b /ppLead, coordinate, and support the maintenance team, ensuring high performance and efficiency. /ppDevelop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability. /ppManage emergency repairs and corrective maintenance interventions. /ppEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards in the food industry. /ppbMonitor and optimize spare parts inventory management. /b /ppPlan and coordinate maintenance activities in collaboration with production and other departments. /ppDevelop, monitor, and analyse maintenance KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement. /ppDevelop, analyse and report maintenance KPIs, identifying areas for optimization. /ppTrain and develop the maintenance team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. /ppbRequirements : /b /pp3-5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food industry /ppStrong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems. /ppFamiliarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). /ppStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. /ppKnowledge of food industry safety and compliance regulations. /ppBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or another industrial field.
