Overview
The Global Nielsen Media Client Service & Sales team provides modern and effective services that meet client needs quicker, while giving Nielsen more control over how we service our clients. We will create capacity to elevate the work we do with clients to focus on market impact and business growth. Responsibilities
* To support the team in all research phases, from the initial brief with the client to the design of the questionnaire.
* To support with the data analysis and subsequent preparation of reports.
* Immediately interfacing with the management of suppliers for the computerization of questionnaires and collection of interviews.
* Interfacing with the customer and representing as the person in charge of the single project over a period of 6-12 months.
* Collaborative and proactive approach to work.
* To be proficient with analysing large data sets.
* Client-focused experience with ability to establish and maintain ongoing strong relationships.
Requirements
* Ideally at least 1-2 years experience within a market research company (junior researcher for quantitative research?)
* Degree in sociology, psychology, statistics or equivalent.
* Experience also in qualitative market research or at least in coaching.
* Knowledge of media analytics.
* Self-starter with excellent communication skills and time management.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and PowerPoint.
* Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail. Fluent in Italian and have excellent communication skills.
