Context
As an IT Business Analyst, you are responsible for managing the lifecycle of innovative business and functional requirements, including collection from stakeholders, definition, design, alignment, prioritization based on the product vision, and monitoring development according to project methodologies.
You oversee software implementation iterations, ensuring understanding and compliance with practices, rules, and values, and that goals, scope, and product domain are clear to the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead workshop sessions with customers to capture and document requirements effectively.
2. Manage multiple projects simultaneously according to statements of work.
3. Deliver system design elements, including data migration rules, business rules, and prototypes.
4. Collaborate with PMs, Product, Regulatory, and other departments to design solutions within project constraints.
5. Design solutions with the Enterprise Solution Architect through Business Blueprint documentation.
6. Refine and document detailed user requirements for development and QA clarity.
7. Work with project teams to enforce best practices and optimize core product reuse, refining requirements with Professional Services and end customers as needed.
8. Validate products during development phases following project methodologies.
9. Support QA testing processes, including developing user acceptance criteria.
10. Assist in training for Services, Sales, and Marketing departments.
11. Develop and provide PLM solution expertise.
12. Support business case development for innovation proposals.
13. Assist Sales and Pre-Sales with RFIs and RFPs when needed.
14. Coordinate with third-party entities like system integrators and consultants.

* Experience in PLM software implementations, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
* Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Education & Experience
* Over 5 years experience in functional requirements, use cases, business process modeling, and diagram creation, preferably in Food & Beverage.
* Knowledge of SDLC and experience with design/modeling tools like UML.
Expected travel within the country and internationally.
