Job Description:
As a member of the Engineering & Innovation Governance team for systems engineering, the candidate will support multiple programs for systems engineering activities, including: requirements management, validation, verification, and change control. He will tailor the processes and database structure to perform requirements management and other systems engineering activities according to the needs of specific development programs. He will analyze stakeholder needs and coordinate the integration of rotorcraft onboard systems, interacting with the subject matter experts for various aeronautical discplines. He will produce the systems engineering artifacts necessary for initial airworthiness certification, such as plans, specifications, and final reports.
Requirements
MSc in engineering or physics. Appreciation and experience in the application of systems engineering processes, such as requirements management, architecture definition, verification and validation, change control, etc. 1-3 years work experience in requirements management for large, safety-critical systems. Good programming skills. Preferred languages: C, C++, Python, Java. Practical knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering method is a plus. Excellent technical communication skills. Capable of switching between multiple projects. Fluent Italian and English. European Citizenship mandatory.
