Ph3Position Overview /h3 pSales Representative – Clinical Nutrition (Triveneto area) /p pAs a Sales Representative for the Triveneto region, you will be a trusted partner for healthcare professionals and a key contributor to Baxter’s growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuilding and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers. /li liImplementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets, based on systematic analysis of territory performance and customer potential. /li liPromoting Baxter’s Clinical Nutrition portfolio by clearly communicating clinical benefits and appropriate use. /li liMonitoring market trends and competitive activities to identify new business opportunities. /li liCollaborating closely with Marketing, Medica and cross‑functional teams on promotional and educational initiatives. /li liEnsuring excellent customer service by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and inquiries. /li liUsing CRM and internal business applications to plan activities, prioritize accounts, track opportunities and measure effectiveness of actions. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Informazione Scientifica Del Farmaco or equivalent. /li liProven sales experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices or clinical nutrition. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer‑oriented mindset. /li liGood level of English, with the ability to effectively communicate in an international business environment. /li liStrong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret sales data; solid knowledge of Excel (e.g., trend analysis, pivot tables, reporting). /li liExperience in using CRM systems and internal company applications to manage sales performance, forecast results and account planning. /li liThe ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team. /li liStrong organizational and time‑management skills. /li liA proactive, results‑driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed. /li liWillingness to travel within the assigned territory. /li liApplicants must reside in: Vicenza/Padova/Venezia/Treviso. /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
