You will be involved in administrative tasks, data analysis, and customer complaint resolution within the Customer Supply Chain Department. /p pYou will provide end-to-end customer support throughout the order management process for Nestlé Health Science products, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and high customer satisfaction. /p h3A Day in the Life of a Customer Solution Analyst Intern /h3 h3Order management /h3 ul liDemand capture (Order entry management, Edi processes, Cloud platforms) /li liMonitoring and understanding system alerts related to orders, deliveries, billing /li liTaking corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow /li /ul h3Claims and deductions management /h3 ul liManaging and resolving delivery issues, product returns, and pricing-related queries /li liDaily interaction with public administration and private customers, sales force, and internal stakeholders (Tender Team, Credit, Logistics, Sales Support) /li liCreation and management of claims deductions reports.
